I’m Spending Less Time in My Kitchen and Eating Better than Ever via Verily

Since I married my husband (almost) two years ago, I’ve struggled with cooking our meals. But my struggle wasn’t the typical “I can’t believe I need to make dinner every night!” As someone who loves food and cooking, my struggle has been one of learning to manage my expectations for myself, my time and our grocery budget.

Yesterday on Verily, I shared five lessons I’ve learned and how they’re transforming what and how I’m cooking.
